Recurring Report Autopilot

The problem

Ops managers and finance leads burn 8-14 hrs/wk per person on 3-5 recurring reports — pulling the same SQL, formatting the same Sheets tab, writing the same "here is what changed" paragraph from data the source systems already know. Cycle time on the weekly business review is 1-2 days because four people each own a slice. Half the reports get skimmed, none get owner-specific narratives, and when someone is on PTO the report just doesnt go out. Throughput on actual operations work suffers because the highest-paid person on the team is acting as a CSV export robot.
